How do commissions work?

Are the 3D prints painted?

We collaborate on your design, and colors and once everything is ready, it will be listed as a custom order in the store and created and shipped after payment is received.

3D Prints can be painted or printed with multiple-colored filaments, depending on the design.

What is your shipping policy?

Can I return an item?

All mythological artifacts are securely packed and shipped from North Carolina. Tracking numbers are supplied.

Due to the creative process of some items, all items and custom commissions are final. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me to discuss.

Note for Buyers: Due to the layer-by-layer nature of the 3D printing process, minor surface textures or fine lines may be present. This is normal and adds to the distinct, tech-artisan character of the piece. 3D prints are for indoor display only.
